Damon J. Faldowski was born and raised in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. He received his BA from Washington and Jefferson College in 1972, where he was a member of Beta Theta Phi. Damon received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1976. In law school, Damon served as Treasurer of The Order of the Lytae. Prior to founding Phillips and Faldowski in 1978, Damon was an Assistant District Attorney of Washington County from 1977 - 1978 while also maintaining a solo practice.
Damon is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only association of "most distinguished and accomplished trial lawyers in North America." (www.actl.com). He is a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He is a former president of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Southwestern Pennsylvania and a former member of the Board of Directors for Family Service in Washington, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Washington and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
Damon resides in Washington with his wife, Dianne. He has three grown children, Julie, D.J., and Mark, and a granddaughter, Kaleigh.
