Firm History

Phillips and Faldowski, P.C., was founded in 1978 by William D. Phillips and Damon J. Faldowski, and since then has grown to include four attorneys and a staff focused on representing injured persons in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to provide each client with the individualized attention and service that they deserve.  

We practice throughout western Pennsylvania, including Washington, Greene, Allegheny, Fayette, Crawford, Beaver, Armstrong, Venango, Mercer, and Westmoreland Counties, as well as in federal court.
