Kay Leisure

Kay Leisure is a paralegal assisting Damon Faldowski and Kathleen Smith-Delach.  She was raised in West Finley, Pennsylvania.  After spending many years in Florida, Kay returned to West Alexander, PA where she resides with her husband and son.  Kay has worked as a paralegal for over twenty-three years,  focusing on personal injury, insurance defense, real estate, and contract litigation, with experience in appellate matters as well.  Kay is an active member of Windy Gap Presbyterian Church in West Finley.

 

Becky Zibritosky

Becky Zibritosky is a paralegal assisting William D. Phillips and Laura Phillips.  She was raised in Avella, Pennsylvania.  After spending over ten years as a manager for the J.C. Penney Company, Becky began working as a paralegal.  She has nearly a decade of paralegal experience in personal injury law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Florida.  Becky attended the Community College of Allegheny County's paralegal certificate program.  She resides in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania with her dog Winston. 

 

Sandra Phillips

Sandra Phillips is Phillips and Faldowski's office administrator.  She was born and raised in New Kensington, Pennsylvania along with her brother, Damon J. Faldowski.  Sandra earned her associate's degree from the Grace Martin School of Business in 1963.  She is a certified court reporter and worked for over ten years for various judges of the Washington County Court of Common Pleas.  Sandra resides in Washington, Pennsylvania with her husband William D. Phillips. 

 

Joanne P. Douglass

 Joanne Douglass is a secretary assisting Kathleen Smith-Delach.  She has been an employee of Phillips and Faldowski for over twenty years.  She resides in Hickory, Pennsylvania.

  

Maryann Byers

Maryann is Phillips and Faldowski's receptionist and has nearly twenty years of experience working in law firms.  She has worked with Phillips and Faldowski since 2003.  Maryann has lived in Amity, Pennsylvania for over thirty years.
